    How do you deliver finished results?

    After we finish your assigned tasks, we will email or FTP larger files. We will post if necessary.

    How do we communicate?

    We contact our clients through phone, email, or instant messaging using Skype. It is recommended when training staff use screen share tools, which is a great way to demonstrate changes to work tasks and procedures. We recommend that it is best to use all forms of communication with staff as sometimes an email is adequate and other times voice communication is necessary. Just be mindful that it is not a good idea to mix autonomy and isolation when dealing with staff working abroad.

    Can the staff communicate well?

    Yes, all our Staff are pre-screened to ensure they are able to communicate in the English language at a minimum level required to work with our clients. In saying this, it is important to understand that this does not mean that the contractors will understand and communicate at a level that you may experience with your locally hire staff. Due to cultural differences, people may speak English but not think English.

    How do you maintain privacy of your clients?

    Protecting the privacy and security of our client’s personal and business information is one of our main priorities. We do not share any client information with anyone and we have monitoring software in place to ensure confidential information does not get leaked.

    What kind of payment method do you accept?

    We currently accept payment through PayPal, Bank Deposit, Xoom and Western Union. We prefer payment through PayPal, which is free to our clients.

    What is your refund policy?

    If you are not satisfied with our services, you will receive a prorated refund. For our Full Time Monthly Plan, a prorated refund will be calculated on a daily basis. For our Part Time Monthly Plan, a prorated refund will be calculated on an hourly basis.

    Do you have contracts?

    We have an agreement in which sets the terms and conditions expected of both parties, however their is no “lock in period” … we run on a month to month basis, and you can cancel anytime.

    How do I set it up?

    Go to our pricing page and choose the plan which suits you. Once you complete this step, our Support Team will call you to understand your requirement. Once we confirm that we can undertake your tasks, a agreement will be emailed to you. Within 7 days of signing up you will receive a welcome call and email from your dedicated virtual assistant & you will be ready to proceed. You can then start allocating tasks.

    How long does it take to start the services?

    Your account will be set up instantly and your Hire Staff will be allocated to your account the same day or the next business day if the task is urgent. Under normal circumstances we need 7 business days to start the service.

    Our office and staff are all based in Cebu City, Philippines

    What are your business hours?

    Datastyling has the capacity to provide service 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Extra hourly rates may apply for weekends or off-normal business hours.

    What can you do about time zone differences?

    We are contracted to work directly with you in your time zone so you can build better working relationships. Company operations are basically on-going 24 hours a day.

    Do you work on weekend or holidays if the tasks are urgent?

    We make every effort to accommodate your urgent tasks. If necessary we will work 24/7 with holidays and weekends included, so we can meet your deadline. Additional fees may apply.
